Mohd Ruslin Mohd Tamsir was born in 1984 in Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. He is currently studying Automotive Mechatronics in Germany at the University of Applied Science Ravensburg-Weingarten pursuing his German Diplom. He bought his first camera Sony A200 in summer 2008 without knowing anything about photography. He then became enthusiastic and willing to discover more and more. He is a freelance photographer doing photo shooting around Germany and Europe and also photo editing via internet. For him it’s not the camera that judges. It depends on how you capture the photographs at the right time and at the right place.
