I'm Swiss national though I've been seriously corrupted by the Brits after having lived in London for the last 7 years.
I love travelling, and no doubt you'll see this in some of the pictures I will upload. Raw photgraphy is more my style, getting it right on film (now on chip) and not post editing it.

So well captured...a game with subtle colour and complex lighting and DOF. It gives the impression that some of the shaddows may in fact be the real thing, just not light up! Love it
Thank you very much Guy :)
I'm really pleased you picked up on the dof and light/shadow - that was exactly what I was trying to achieve with the look of the pegs :)
Hope all is well with you.

HAhahahah you had to catch the Gay Street on the right....and the bend in the walll ;)...the shot itself is great, big fan of the first...it's got a little more to look at, and feels more symetrical...good work :D
Ha! I'm so glad someone noticed as I thought it was quite funny.... :)

Whats even more mesmerizing is that you could go into the argument that the small things are in fact the big ones and can be broken down even further.
I do truly believe and have experienced that the small things are in fact the big ones now that you bring that to light even more... I think people including myself at times get so caught up in looking for the big things or event they miss all the tiny treasures that happen every day . That include so many realms too, like a sip of soothing tea or the leaf that falls from a tree or a kiss that actually was the highlight and not the beginning.. so why do we rush ahead and not notice and savor those things?
