พิษณุโลก / Phitsanulok 01

2009.10.26

(3)
Hor Tri is the place for keeing Phra Tripidok (Tripitaka), Buddha teaching scriptures, or ancient books that concern with medicine - literature - or important story.

(1-4)
Ratchaburana Temple
situated on the eastern bank of Nan River, from the south of Wat Phra Sri Rattana Mahathat Woramahawiharn (Wat Yai). This temple has a special decoration with a delicate three-head Naga over the eaves (see #4) Assuming from the name of temple might ma built by the King Phra Boromtrilokkanat since he resided at Phitsanulok for 25 years and was the key person in supporting the Buddhism in Phitsanulok.

(5)
Nang Phaya Temple
situated near Wat Yai. Believing that the temple had been built during the same period of Ratchaburana Temple, but don't have Ubosot. The extensive collection of Phra Nang Phaya, as a votive tablet, is a famous known and highly desired amulets.

This is my second lonely trip, but it is the first trip that far from my hometown (around 362 km. from Chiangmai to Phitsanulok by the train) I can't forget this experiences anyway because who can believe while you dream to stay in heaven but suddenly you wake up in hell and then you feel surprised that the hell is better than the heaven!! Oh! Buddha!!!

I want to thank you many travelers, my best inspiration, who across over and over the sea traveling and living in another country that they don't know what will be occurred with them while they can't speak that native language - don't know how to order food - don't know how to get any kind of transportation - don't know that's a cheat or not - don't understand why everyone at that place do something different from them so far and they think that they can't bear for it anyway just because at their home can do that thing much better million million times, but finally I think they can open mind and accept it all so much flexible because traveling changes old-selfish-stupid-overprotected-overframed themselves heart-mind-and soul to be a brand-new one who can love-share-forgive-understand every lives with the most of sincerity and equity.

Let your destination changes deep into your soul

Life is flexible.

Love you all........
