Thanks for writing. I never chose to have alcohol as an addiction. Alcohol was given to me as a child in grade school by my stepfather, so that I would get drunk. Between that and the rape and torture he inflicted on me for many years, I was a pretty messed up child, teen, and young adult. God's mercy is greater, and his healing hands are tender and soothing for even the wildest of beasts that live within us.Sobriety through a daily snifter of New Wine! That WILL do it! Thank You for reminding me that any area of weakness in the "Old Man" is handled through spiritual strength. I have allowed myself to be proud so oft... My autobiography has been approved for my Thesis project. The book will have two parts, the first will focus on the abuse, the second will focus on an accident that my mother, son, and I were in,and during which I accidently killed my mother, I was twenty-four. |

Superb Macros! I am dumbfounded! :) 1,2,6,11,15...All went to Favorites! #15 is astounding! You really must print that in large-format, mount, and sell at an art show!
Thanks Stan! I was stunned by your comment. You know how hard it is to judge your own work--is it good? Is it mediocre? Well your comments were way too generous and appreciated. I have been mulling over whether or not to print them, frame them and then contact a gallery. I just wasn't sure they were good enough for gallery standards.
