VBS

Sometimes there are days that are so good it's hard to pick just one photo to sum up the day. Yesterday was one of those days for us. It was the start of VBS at our church. It was the first year my boys got to go - only because I was volunteering. I did that so that they could go because they are too young otherwise. My toddler wouldn't let go of my hand to enter the building but my preschoolers were off once we got to the walkway into the building. They seemed pretty excited but that may have been because I was so excited for them. I remember having loads of fun at Vacation Bible School as a kid and this church does a fantastically fun program for the community.

I signed up to serve in the Nursery this year - my favorite place to be. How lucky am I that I get to spend a whole week with these little sweethearts?

The last picture is at dinner last night. My girl was eating strawberries with whipped cream when Daddy shoved the spoon up into her face to get the whipped cream all over her. She was a very good sport.
