We've got BUGS!

When we were at the pool the other day, there was a day camp going on. The leader of the group had these little rubber goldfish that she put in the baby pool and all the kids in the camp seemed to be having a good time playing with them. When I was at Target that night, I tried to find something similar. Since the entire pool/beach section was completely picked over, I went walking around the store to see what else I could find for a pool toy. In the gardening section I found this package of plastic colorful bugs. I have no idea what the intended purpose is for these things, but I picked up three packages for my kids to play with at the pool along with some plastic tumblers. My kids LOVE these things! They like to collect them from the bottom of the pool. They trade them with each other like baseball cards. They line them up in rows along the side. They make characters out of them. It is crazy to me how much fun they can have with these little bugs! These pictures were yesterday in our backyard pool.
