And here is the final shot where the peace ended. A foot must have crossed the line or something. This is usually how the lovefest comes to a close - one boy calls foul play on the other and it all comes to an end.

My boys typically enjoy a lot of Mommy laptime. If one boy sees his brother heading in the direction of Mom, the other brother makes a bee-line to make sure he scores some affection too. I tell them daily that Mommy has room enough for both of them but they are in stiff competition for my affection. I had to laugh because my youngest son was looking directly into the camera for about 5-10 shots in a row as if there was someone behind the lens. I have him trained!
I finally broke out the slushie machine yesterday afternoon for the first time this summer. The kids sure loved that!
I enjoyed my new remote for this series. It sure is handy to be able to leave the camera where it is and remain seated and just shoot over and over so there is plenty to select from! I also broke my rule about not editing my pictures. I lightened the lap pictures a bit.

Funny story and very sweet set. You have a beautiful family! I love #2, #5 and, of course, #6--watermelon slushes are my fav!
These are very sweet. I bet he thought it was magic that your camera was taking the pictures without you! :) I have never had a watermelon slushie, it sounds really really good!
