However, after the monkeys were in bed, the moon was full and a wicked cool thunderstorm was rolling past. It made for some awesome scenery, but I didn't managed to capture more than this. It was dry here so I got to sit out and really experiment which was so fun for me, but I still don't know enough about what I'm doing to get those kind of things on film. This is the best moon shot I've ever captured though. It's ROOC.

Yesterday was just another day in the life. If you are looking for excitement, this is not the blog for you. If you'd like to know you're normal, I'm here for you.
The pictures above are all self explainitory. The only thing not pictured is the level of effort put into fixing up our laundry room. I didn't take pictures because I didn't want to blind you by the heinous shade of yellow that is all over the walls and ceiling. Yes, the previous owners painted the ceiling yellow too. In fact, when we first moved in, the kitchen and family room were all in the same shade of yellow - including the ceilings. We finally painted over it when I couldn't stand it any longer that everyone looked sick in all my photos. Yes, it all comes back to the photos with me. Alas, the laundry room is still, er, bright yellow. But now at least it's a clean yellow room.

Oh no! I'm so sorry about your walls! And sorry about the yellow....it doesn't sound too pleasant. The moon shot is absolutely beautiful!
