Good Fortune

On New Year's Day, we had Chinese food delivered. There were four fortune cookies. Hubby got one and each child got the other three. My youngest boy got
"There is a prospect of a thrilling time ahead of you." Perfect. We call him Adventure Boy. He's fearless.

My eldest boy got, "Get your mind set...confidence will lead you on." Perfect again. He can do anything. This boy just needs to believe he can. He just might rule the world someday.

And the final cookie landed with the only girl opening one. "You look pretty." Something she needs to be told a lot at this age. What a great way for the new year to begin for each of them.

Hubby threw his away before I could photograph it and I've forgotten what his said now.
