Last night we went to watch the Redskins playoff game at our neighbor's house. Our little guy wanted to wear his jersey to match Daddy and I wanted a picture. I tried to take a picture with no flash for the first several. I had remembered to change my ISO but in the moment I forgot to set my aperture correctly. Duh. I have a little ways to go before I can shoot in manual, eh? Anyway. I finally turned on the flash to make sure I at least had a useable snapshot.
When we came home for watching the game, we put our kids to bed and just a few minutes later, Litte Guy came around the corner saying, "I quack, quack!" wearing his ducky towel. Humph. After I snapped a couple pictures of his cuteness - again attempting no flash first and forgetting aperture changes before shooting with a flash - I put him back to bed. Little stinker.
