Pirate, Ninja and Princess

My eldest son came to me today and asked me if I would someday buy him a pirate costume. I thought about a bag of hand-me-downs we'd recently gotten from a neighbor that had some halloween costumes in it. I hadn't exlored it previously so we went to investigate. Guess what! It had a pirate costume in it for him. It also had a Ninja costume in it for my youngest son to wear. He's pantless because the costume is actually meant for an older child and it's way too big. He loves it all the same though.

My girl had to get in the action so she ran off to put on not one but two princess dresses! As we were finishing up dressing everyone one, C remarked that now all he needed was a sword. Reminded me that not long ago, I'd bought these foam swords, hooks and a maiden hat at the craft store for about a buck each. Voila! Costume complete and we are fierce!
