We have a nest under our deck with about 5 baby birds. Apparently, yesterday was flying lessons for this little guy. The whole time I was watching him, I never saw him actually take flight but Momma and Pappa would swoop down and chirp at him a lot and I saw him hopping all over the place. I eventually left the scene because I think I was making all three of them very nervous. Still, it's cool to be this close to nature's beauty.
