Parade

We took the kids to the town parade again this year. I think the parade was even better this year than it was last year! Our kids were cracking me up with how distracted they would get from the parade by the candy they were chowing down on!

I was so proud of my girl. I pointed out to her that a boy behind us hadn't gotten much candy (if any) and she took her basket over to him and offered to let him pick out any piece of candy he wanted. Aw... that makes a momma proud.

After the parade, we went to pick up some fast food. While waiting for my husband who was in line (with every other person who had the same idea) the kids and I played monkey in the bike rack in front of the store. My middle child took great pleasure in feeding his baby "monkey" brother through the bars.
