Tonight after dinner, I was sitting in my bed with my laptop when my girl decided she wanted to be next to me while reading her book. I was struck by how sweet her hands were, how well she reads for a six year old, how pretty her features are, how shiny her hair is... all those things you hope you'll remember because they won't be exactly like this forever.
