We have a buddy named Clay who was born right in between my boys. His family is completely delightful and this was the first time his Mom threw him a birthday party for friends. (Usually it's just family because they have a lot of family in the area). It was a construction themed party and my kids had a GREAT time. We painted, bounced in the bounce house, ran races and of course, I documented the entire thing for Mom. It was SO much fun. I can hardly wait for him to turn 5!
