Happy New Year

Our church had their first Family New Years Chili Cook-off this year. After everyone judged the chili and ate dinner, there were rooms set up for kids fun times. We spent our time in the preschool room where they had some crafts, punch balloons, bean bag toss and a bounce house. The kids had a ball! Our friends and neighbors were there too so it was nice that the kids got to spend New Years with some of their buddies.

Afterward we came home and put the kids to bed and had some midnight drinks with our neighbors on either side. It was a quiet but fun night.
