I just had a team building event last Friday where we were taught to make our own ice cream! The event was fun and exceeded my expectations! We learnt that the word 'ice cream' was originally known as 'Iced cream' - cream tat were iced. Get it? :-)

#1 Egg tarts for breakfast

#2 Crushed Kit Kat
We crushed kit kats to bits and added them into our ice cream mix to provide a delightful texture.

#3 Waffle with Kahlua ice cream
While waiting for our ice cream mix to be churned into ice cream, we all have a serving of waffles. Mine was topped with Kahlua flavoured ice cream. I just love coffee flavoured ice cream!

#4 Waffle with Sorbet and chocolate dressing
Look at the thick chocolaty sauce over the waffle. Nice...

#5 It is now Ice Cream
After being churned for 30mins, our ice cream mix is now ice cream!

#6 The Le Milo Kat
Our finished product!
"For the sophisticated and discerning chocolate lovers only! An elegant mix of the humble Milo, infused with refreshing almond and a tinge of sensual vanilla. As a timid touch, crushed kit kat are added to delight your senses."

lismel I've been wondering about it for some time now (maybe I asked you already, I'm having memory trouble these days ^^') : are an amateur in photography, or is it your job ? When I see those pictures (which make me sooo hungry even though I just ate !), it looks like it's from a magazine !

????? Mmmmm... water into my mouth... You're just tempting me with your gelato making... :)

Very interesting flavours and of course I cannot say if your shots are good or not... unless I taste them ;)
