Great photos again, as a way of posing your question... you look angry in that first shot, the eyes are almost saying 'don't mess with me' - great capture. I think yes, we do, to some extent. In anger we can say things we don't mean; in joy, we can be more reckless than we normally would... otherwise, if we did not change, we would not really require emotion...

Gorgeous effect in #2 and it certainly emphasises the composition. Not so sure about emotions though. It looks to me like she is holding a mouthful of water or something.
