Damn straight I can. I love finding something unique in even what might seem to be the most mundane of objects - so much of art, I feel, is really seeing what surrounds us, and also finding beauty in what most people consider ugly or average. The first shot's colour and contrast, and the rust, are a great spot. I like the way the wall that it is mounted on also changes from grey to turquoise. The point of focus in the second shot is really unique - I like it, it slightly confuses my eye and then the colour and the screw just pull my eye right back to the middle. And in the third, I love the lines and the texture of the pipe... and the little arrow pointing upwards... the composition you've used lends well to what it is if you hadn't explained it :) Very interesting post; love your work! xo
