It was a beautiful weekend to head to the Wintersun festival, and apparently the whole coast thought so, because it was the biggest, busiest I have ever seen it (the news reported record crowds).

Once a year, Coolangatta hosts Wintersun, a celebration of Cars & the 1950's era. Here, Elvis most definitely is alive, Rock 'n' Roll kickstarts the beat & the cars are always classic.

Despite the crowds & nippy breeze, we had a good day & had some fun.

dhulsmeyer Heyy these are pretty tricky shots. I love #4 - put it in my favorites. I've never noticed the Star of David on old Dodge radiators before. I'm gonna have to go to a car show and investigate this. Do you know anything of Dodge's history?

PaperWings Wow, this is a beautiful set! Love number 4 and the rest of them have such vibrant color. The cars are gleaming!!
