Better late then never, sorry Mystic! ... and yes we really were this close to an real live African Elephant Bull, his name is Harry and he had been rescued 20 years ago, and was raised in Knysna on the South African coast... he is now an ambasador for his species and is part of a programme for rescuing and rehbilitating orphaned elephants. It was incredible to be this close to such a majestic creature, and inspite of his size he was so gentle and clearly loved his handler...
