In the landscaping of the Olympic park they planted 4000 trees and used 74 000 plants to make it look beautiful... and I think they did a stirling job.. the wild flower meadows were the prettiest I have ever seen...
A little known fact.. also in the construction of the park 2000 newts were captured and relocated... it is good to know they didn't just flatten everything with bull dozers and wreckless abandon!
