RE: Cathy, I think it's because he was making a frowny face instead of smiling. And he hasn't been smiling much lately because he's in constant pain, the poor guy. :(

This is a different frowny face. This is a face aged by pain. Poor guy. I just don't see my son in that face. I've never had that experience before. Scares me to death.
