The pancake house is open only a few weekends during the maple syrup season. It is always full,and a lineup is waiting outside. There is plenty of activity. A tour into the sugar bush or a visit to the sugar shack where the friendly owners are more than happy to show you around.

Wow, so nice series!! When I was a high school student, I read the story about maple syrup in Canada.These pictues remind me of old sweet days...(^o^)

Interesting serie, thanks for sharing! I have never tasted pancakes with syrup, but my son has a friend with an american father and got some at their home once. He said it was delicious :)
