Absolutely amazing recipe for what I insist on calling courgettes (OK, zucchini). Cut very thin, arrange "artistically", crumble blue cheese and bits of parmesan, add rock salt (not much), pepper and dribble a thin line of balsamic vinegar around arrangement. I make a red capiscum and tomato goey paste in the centre for the look and add tobasco for the spice. Eat.
