Pollen is produced in the tassels on the top of the corn stalks......The silks coming out of the ears of corn must be pollinated. Each strand runs the length of the corn cob which then forms the kernals along the strands. All the silks must be pollinated to produce a full ear of corn!

Which ever way you choose to get your vitamins is totally up to your own individual tastes. How about a Ceaser Stefan?....haha
