Broccoli To Soup (The Making of Broccoli Soup)

The star of the show...... it even looks Canadian....like a maple leaf

I think it's a record for me......almost 10 inches across

Chop it up into small pieces......awwwwww
|
Put it in a pot add some chopped leeks, or onion a couple of basil leaves and a sprig of parsley....
|
cover with chicken stock or water and chicken bouillon.....to be continued....

The broccoli has grown quite big this year. This head of broccoli is almost 10 inches across. Soup of the day!

Yumm! I always loved the broccoli my Mom grew in the garden. What you get at the store is never as good!

Delicious!!! LOve the first shot, beautiful head of broccoli:-)) Mine will not fare as well cool to very very hot here.
