Railroads Rails (Wednesday Theme)

I was a little reluctant to walk on this train bridge......

Checked to see if all was secure......Looks good so far......

And of course wanting a peek over the sides, my curiosity won out.....I ventured on.......

Looks bolted down quite well.......It must be safe......

This is the train bridge I just walked on......That's right I did it......It is open between the railway ties and quite a long way down to the ground below.....I can't believe I walked on that rail bridge....Some of the boards were missing...... When I seen that there were no side barriers furthur up the tracks......That's when I turned back.......I should have known better than to listen to an 11 year old........lol.....Just having some fun.....OK I wanted pictures for this weeks theme......Thanks Tom for the idea!

Very good post -- you are really brave! Won't catch me there! (Though I once went with a group of teens at night on a totally dark Scythian plateau -- when I later saw the cliffs and holes in daylight the danger became apparent -- I also should have known better than to listen to...)
