I'm so sorry Penny is sick. I know this look all too well. I have a 11 yo beagle (I think I already told you that) and she had the same look last spring. How old is Penny. Please keep me updated. I'm all misty-eyed looking at this poor little dear. She looks so much like our beagle Princess.
