So today I feel like writing a little bit.
Last week I finished my allotted ninety days of P90X. I totally loved it. I feel stronger & I feel a little bit of accomplishment.
So this week I thought it would be a great idea to start it again but this time do it with the diet as well. Well, I started to look at the diet & I just don't see a strict diet of any kind working out for me in any kind of sustainable long term way. So I decided that I would do P90X again but with my own "diet" consisting of eating out only once a week & making sure that I eat all three meals every day. No sweat right? Well I've just been dragging through the workouts this week. I don't know what's happened so I think what I've decided to do is still exercise 6-7 days a week but do some different things to give myself a break from my beloved Tony. Today I did a double BigWillieStyle 9 Minute Workout !

push ups
back extension
lunges
chair dips
donkey kicks
jumping jacks
curls with your weights
run in place
I did all of these for 30 seconds 4 times :)
I'm sure no one cares to read about this BUT instead of me telling someone & boring them to death I got to write it all down. Isn't that the point of blogging something?
