Today community based FM radio ' Purwanchal' begin tranmission test. this is from Biratnagar 104.4 Mhz.
this is 1st FM radio in NEPAL , which operating only lady's. here 15 young lady for operating n programme production-presentation .
inauguration time for test they said- continue transmit after a week. we prepare various programme for empower rural sector's lady , to aware education & health.

विराटनगरमा आज अर्को एफएम रेडियो थपियो - रेडियो पूर्वाञ्चल । तीन दर्जन संस्थाको सहभागितामा सञ्चालन हुने यो रेडियो चलाउनेमा १५ जना महिला छन । सञ्चालक समिति पनि महिलाहरु कै छ । १०४ दसमलव ४ मेगाहर्जमा सुन्न सकिने यो सामुदायिक रेडियोले मैथीली, थारु, राजवंशी र नेपाली भाषामा समाचार र चेतनामुलक कार्यक्रम चलाउने बताइएको छ । आजदेखि परीक्षण प्रसारण थालेको रेडियो कति प्रभावकारी हुन्छ भन्ने भविष्यले बताउनेछ । शुभकामना
