Today Nick and I went out walking down Hollywood Blvd. It's been rainy the past few days, even threats of snow (in Los Angeles!) but alas, today the LA climate said "I will not be bullied!" and the sun shone fiercely down, with no hint of winter weather.

We treked a few miles to the local Goodwill; I snagged a fabulous long sleeved polyester shirt straight from the 70's complete with blue paisleys AND blue plaid.

We went to a colorful knick-knack store called WACKO and looked around at all the kitsch.

Then, on the way back after I'd snapped about 40 pictures, we stumbled upon this abanndoned gate in the middle of the sidewalk with stairs leading down to...well I'm not sure, we're in LA they probably lead down to some weird underworld. Or maybe just the metro, you never know.

Nick goes 'hey look at this' while laughing and remarking on the questionable display and of course, this is what I saw.

From my eyes to yours, enjoy this heterogeneous array of padlocks...on a gate.
