The Lacaille 8760 Affair:: Day 97

Today was long but good. Nickel came out to campus to have lunch with me and in doing so braved the LA public transportation system. Although he was a good hour and a half late, he made it in one piece. Of course he stayed until I got out of work because he swears he'll never ride the bus again.

When we got home, I decided it was high time to order up my new dSLR.

That's right folks. My shining new beauty will soon be on it's way to my doorstep. I'm not telling what it is, you'll all just have to wait and see! I can't even use it until my birthday, so states the pact I made with Nick during our online ordering ordeal.

This weekend should be a busy one. I'll keep you all posted on the details of course.
