The Lacaille 8760 Affair:: Day 99

Clearly this is the crappiest picture ever taken, but I couldn't take a photo today to save my life.

Again, this day did not go as planned. Nick and I were under the impression that we would be driving to San Jose to see a ballet this morning and last night as I went to print out the directions from google, I noticed that confirmation page Nick had printed out said May 4...NOT April 27...obviously an easy mistake to make...*AHEM* Nick. pfffft.

Either way, luckily we figured this out ahead of time and not after we had driven 5 hours to get there. So next weekend will be the weekend that we see the ballet. It acutally kidn of works out because we'll be able to go up Saturday and not have to drive the whole 5 hours there and 5 hours back in one day. Whew.

Today we went out instead to buy ourselves a television, thanks in part to a generous contribution from Nick's father. We also celebrated Greek Easter from yet another generous contribution from Nick's Yaya.

Overall it was an intensely hot, 99 degrees, and a bit unproductive and boring day, but good for relaxing.

Back to the grind tomorrow!!
