Okay so these are not the best pictures in the world.

Today, after waking in our comfy hotel bed and feeling rested from the flight and crazy blur of a Saturday, we headed to Nick's parents house for a nice relaxing afternoon at the River. We hung around with the fam for a bit and played with their new pup PJ. She's nearly impossible to get a good shot of because she's always on the move!!

Around 2:00 some of Nick's extended family arrived, and were shortly after followed by my own parents and my friends Kat & Steve. The whole lot of us ate food, laughed and caught up. Nothing too stressful, just a nice Sunday afternoon BBQ.

After, us and the friends went out for coffee to further chat about the times.

All in all it was a fab day.

What a lovely backyard!! It's really nice when both sides of the family can come together. Ours is like that, both sets of parents get along great, and even visit each other while traveling. That egg is SO blue. TamaraHarden · 2008-07-09: 21:58
