I bounce back and forth between f/11 and f/16 versus f/2.5 on my macro lens. I am newer to f/2.5 and it is very tricky to find that exact spot that you want to focus upon. Nevertheless, here are a few attempts at f/2.5.
All taken with my Tamron 90mm macro lens mounted on my Nikon D50.
The flower is an amaryllis.
