Grapes, shrimp, and ham

In case you're wondering... the shrimp is in the pasta.

I have never photographed food before, so I thought I would experiment today because I liked the way the food looked on the plate....delicious. And I think the blue glass looks neat with water in it.

I liked the reflection of the grape vine on the plate. I also like the tips of the vine and its curve. Anyway, here it is, my first meal on film.

I was chased out of my apartment today by the testing of the smoke detecters that was going on in my apartment building. I left without eating, so when I came home I sat down and enjoyed a nice little meal- some grapes, shrimp pasta, and a ham and cheese sandwich. I was refreshing. I purposely chose not to eat fast food, but to enjoy the hunger for awhile, so my lunch would taste much better, and it did!

everything looked delicious (except I'd switch to whole wheat bread....but that's it!) The water looks really neat in the blue glass.
