Taughannock Falls - Trumansburg, New York

In nice weather you can walk this trail to the bottom of the falls. It is a pleasant walk.

This is at the beginning of the path to the bottom of the falls, we can not go today, because it is still Spring, so it's too dangerous.

This bridge is down the creek, a little ways from the scene above.

We are now going to the top of the falls.

From this point of view we can see it all.

Let's walk down this beautiful stone stairway.

Let's enjoy the flowers along the way that are on the embankment.

This is a nice little sitting area for people to take in all the beauty.

This falls is in Cayuga Lake, which is one of the Finger Lakes. The falls is located about an hour from where I live in Upstate New York.

Thanks for the tour. I loved the photos of teh falls. It's been several years since I've been in that area. We used to go to Ithica to eat at Moosewood Restaurant.
