Chipmunk - Troublemaker

This chipmunk looks so harmless, but he is not. He digs up my plants, eats them, and he chases the birds away from my feeder. He lives on our property, near my garage. He is such a little rascal, yesterday he ran from me, went under my car, and jumped up inside somewhere. Well, I was leaving for church, so I started up the engine, and out he came from who knows where. It was actually very funny.

I am not sure what I am going to do about him.
