this was supposed to be suspended but it seems the wind and the sea have done their work on the cables... and now it's going down... and down... and touching the ground!

This is part 2 of my post of November 19 named back then "what's cooking?"
Then, in the comments section, our friend Lexlevans didn't get too impressed with the official explaination of what that object was... and decided that it was, in fact, a giant salad spinner!! :))
And so, who am I to disagree!
