This is my cozy corner: the pond we built in our back yard. It's where I go to relax, regroup, practice Chi-Kung

I love to sit in this corner
|
and listen to the sound of the fountains and the birds (I have yet to take a decent photo of a bird!)
|
|
and watch the bubbles.
|
|
There are water plants
|
|
and fish
|
|
This monster is an albino catfish. He is supposed to be a bottom-feeder who keeps the pond scum off the bottom. Instead, he's the first in line when I feed them!

Sitting in my cozy corner I can smell the blossoms on the fruit trees
|
|
and the roses.....
|
and feel at one with myself and with the world
|

Oh Carley I love love love it .. what a peaceful little slice of heaven to go to .. wow that must be so so refreshing.. lovely .. I love the fish fountains and the real fish and roses of course .. what a delight .. cozy indeed .. and renewing :)

Carly, your spot is just wonderful. I can feel the 'heat' as I shiver here in WI. It snowed two inches last night! Your statues are also amazing--looovvveee the crane fountain.

The last two (#14 & #15) are two more excellent floral shots! Of course, Are #3 & #4 really what we want to teach grandchildren to be doing at the table? Hmmmmm? Our little Joy imitates just about anything and everything these days, "O, Look, Daddy! I am like the bird and the fish in the pool!" "Yes, you are, Daughter!
