Mom's says the Fish are on vacation!

I guess the expression "sleeping with the fishes" wouldn't really apply to my fish (who are on vacation btw) when they take naps...

as for Cold Shoulder and Ruby, my two (vacationing) beta fish moved out of my POM bottles... that ended up outside near the garden for some reason...
and my fish didn't tell me they were going on vacation, either...
and the last time i got to tell them "hi" was last week when grandma moved into my room (where they live).
and i haven't been able to go visit them either, because i can't just waltz into my room after it has a visitor in it!
i just wish they would have told me first.
Then i would have helped pack the bags or something!
and at least said "bye"...

But they've grown up so much! I bought them not too long ago: visit their first day! click here!
aww and here they are in separate bowls (they were having problems): hooray for my degree in beta marriage counseling!

ok so i guess you know where this is probably going and trying to avoid...
it's just been rotten luck with pets this year...
since the mark of January 1st, flammie passed away first.
Then our lovely puppy Pochota, died young.
Our long-lasting dog (the second one we were able to raise up to adulthood--because our pups keep getting stolen--) died tragically...
And now my... fish.
I bought them to replace my need for a pet after flammie died. They were just to help me wait until i could transition to another pet iguana. I guess they died because there will be no transition.
