Is it called renovations? Well, construction or whatever it is, Mom started painting walls, then when she ran out of walls, she demanded the wallpaper go down so she can paint and paint until she got tired and finally fell asleep after 3 years of insomnia!
No! I'm just kidding!
The truth is.... well actually it is pretty similar to the story i just told (without the insomnia thing). My mom did kinda suddenly start painting the hallway and then said she was going to move on to the living room in which we would also get rid of the old and dated wallpaper. I was more than happy to volunteer because it sounded like fun (until i found the mold) and truth be told, i didn't like that wall paper ever. Even as a kid I had a hard time accepting the wallpaper because... it was a wall but it didn't feel like a wall it felt like paper! And it had a print of some blue twigs that weren't even that cool- maybe an actually flower print than twigs, or just blue, but nooo, it had to be blue twigs.
I honestly don't know what else Mom has in mind, but it'll be a change i'm willing to see!
