I've never had a hamster experience. I know my older brother Elias and sister Yessi had hamsters but all i remember is that they were on a high dresser (where i couldn't reach the cage), they would bite, and they had a little shoe house. I don't ever remember seeing them or holding them.
It was weird.
So i was also very excited to see that Mirna asked for a hamster because oh how i have been curious about them!!
I had tried asking for one before, but Mom really seemed to create a hatred for them and their smell. But she made the exception because Mirna had only asked for a hamster and that was all she was ever going to want for her birthday.
