Just finished fighting with my computer. Something was wrong and my internet browser would just NOT display a single web page. And I WAS connected to the internet and I even tried Mozilla Firefox and there was nothing. So I spent hours asking the internet (from a different computer) what to do. They told me to download so and so and scan, restart with thingamabobs and finally after I tried everything, I did the one thing I hadn't already tried and used the Command Prompt and typed in some phrase and restarted for the millionth time.
then, it worked. Everything was fine.
And my fingerprint scanner even started working again (it had stopped working last week)!
