So I tried to pick up knitting. I'm not giving up, but let's just say it takes more effort to knit than I'd like it to. So in order to get myself motivated, I thought, "I'll do what motivated me to keep with crochet... trying to make cute objects." So I looked up knitting in rounds.... let me tell you I almost imploded. 4 needles? I can barely think with 2! how does 4 even work?! But one of the patterns was for the strawberry Katamari cousin. "A little ugly" I thought. I'm sure I had seen a better one, and one I could do because it was crochet!
Sure enough, I found it, and wanted to do it right away. Only, I didn't have the colors for the Prince. So I improvised (as always) and used the yarn I just got at the thrift store. Really short skeins, but they did the job.
I love it!! I just need the katamari ball now.... hmmm
