Amber invited me on her photo shoot with Brittany! I haven't seen her nearly as often since review, but I'm always glad to meet up with her!

Did you know you can rent a canoe and kayak from the campus?? Ha. Me neither. I mean, me too!
Amber's client is Old Town Canoes and Kayaks and she planned a shoot at a nearby lake.
Little did we know, canoes would be so... big! Amber rented both the canoe and the kayak thinking we might get them in her car (well, SUV) and... only the canoe would fit on the top.

So, she decided the canoe would be enough for her shoot. And guess what? It was an Old Town brand!! What luck!!
Soon we realized though, this was everybody's first time loading a canoe to the top of a vehicle....
We observed intently how they mounted the canoe.
I took pictures to remember... only to find my camera battery extremely low.
The irony.
Still, I think it helped to better remember the way to do it.

The shoot at the lake went well. I was a photographer's assistant! I was really keeping my distance from the muddy shore because I was holding all the camera equipment.

Later we went for bubble tea ;)

So now it doesn't seem so bad to only have to haul around a few veggies, huh?? :P yessi222 · 2011-10-08: 00:24
