It's not really called a pinkie plant. I just call it that.
It reminds me of when I was a kid, sitting outside of the Colegio Biblico cafeteria, sitting on the stone wall and pulling these little pods off the stem and smashing them to hear them make a popping sound.

I never realized they bloomed like this.

They're so beautiful.
