I've been biking with Tak and he really pushed me to go as far as the golf course and back. It's a bit tricky because we get out of the house when the sun is low and I'm always determined to get back before it gets dark. It's mostly because i know i will get back at a slow pace (huffing and complaining the whole way back lol).
It's still been pretty great to be biking and i want to thank him for being patient and helping me get off my butt and getting active!
