A blackout

Yikes! We lost power yesterday at 12:30 in the afternoon and didn't get it back until last night at 9:30. It was H O T. To say the least. We left the house around 1:30 and came back at 6:30 thinking the power would have been back.. nope. But we made the best of it. Kind of had an impromtu block party with the neighbors. lol Lots of laughs, beer, food and kiddos.
And then we all brought out the lanters and flashlights as the sun set and relaxed a cooler and a cd player running on batteries. lol If the power had to go out.. at least we did it in style. :0)
No, I did not get any pics. My camera battery was D E A D! lmao No joke. I was so sad!
But, I thought I would just share some of the kiddo.. as always.
